All sessions are held at a private training facility located at 5311 e Speedway The facility is fully equipped with high-quality equipment and offers a quiet, focused environment without the crowds of a commercial gym.

2. Do I need a gym membership to train with you?

No membership is required. When you book training with me, access to the private facility is included in your session fee.

3. What should I bring to my session?

Please bring:

  • Athletic wear and proper training shoes

  • A water bottle

  • A towel (optional)
    I’ll provide any equipment or tools needed for your workout.

4. Do you work with beginners?

Absolutely! Whether you're brand new to fitness or getting back into it, I tailor each session to your current fitness level and long-term goals.

5. What types of training do you offer?

6. How long are the sessions?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. If you're looking for 30- or 90-minute options, I offer those as well—just ask!

7. How often should I train with you?

It depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients train 2–3 times per week for optimal results, but I’ll work with you to create a realistic plan that fits your lifestyle.

8. Do you offer nutrition coaching or support?

Yes! While I’m not a registered dietitian, I provide general nutrition guidance and can help you create sustainable habits that support your fitness goals. For more in-depth meal planning or medical concerns, I can refer you to a licensed professional.

9. What are your rates?

Session rates vary depending on package size and training frequency. I offer discounts for multi-session packages. Please contact me directly or visit the Pricing page for full details.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the full session fee.
